The "Before" pictures are the lower molar with a fairly large, deteriorating resin filling in it.
The "After" picture shows the same tooth with a new bonded resin filling. Also an excellent picture of a cotton roll.

Picture number one shows an upper molar with the decay partially removed. Picture two is a similar picture
of a lower molar with decay. Picture number three shows the upper molar with the completed fillings, and
picture number four shows the lower molar with the resin filling completed.
